How to trade DL custodian position plays

RM window is always hard to predict but usually it should be around early 2022 maybe Q2 the latest for $CBPI following the average DL custodian schedule. It can happen at any time once the certificate of designation is created and the TA is paid up so that's always the nice surprise curve ball.

If I was you I would hold a core position, and a trade position. Sell your trade position at a PPS that can pay for your core position (free shares). You may want to sell lets say 30-40% in limit orders in pieces (your trade position) at price per share to cover the cost of your entry or almost all of it. Then ride the rest for the maximum wave or waves. This way you do not have the drive to sell when it goes red between material events and you have a safer investment.

Play it as you see fit but this one is going over 1.80-2 way before RM.
