Helio is $200mil business+ and a lot higher in the future with crypto value exploding. They need to get to the US stock market ASAP. RM is the fastest way to get there. I would bite the bullet - Those civil fines are pennies if they even have to pay them. Timing is everything! With SnP500 near 4000 and BTC near 40,000 mark - Helio stock time is now! Being the only publicly traded crypto lender in the USA, it could easily go into stratosphere. People will buy anything connected to crypto and on such low float this could fly really high.
