I called him and he seem straight up about the PROJECT. Financing he seem in the dark, but that is Mr. Lopez's department.

Okay time to play if I was trying to defraud investors out of their money.............

1. I WOULD HAVE NOT GONE THRU THE TROUBLE OF REPLACING RUBBERS PROVIDED BY WEIR. Who would see it.

2. WHY THE BUILDING ADDITIONS. THEY CONSTRUCTED IT IN COLDER WEATHER ALSO. That is not neccessary to defraud people.

3. WHY THE ELECTRICAL UPGRADES? Could've told us they already had power. How the f*ck would we now it needs more efficient power source.

4. Some newer machinery out there. THAT IS OVEKILL FOR A SCAM. Not gaining value after you drive it off the lot.

5. Mediocre drill analysis. (IMO) THAT DEFINITLY DOESN'T ATTRACT ATTN. I believe it never did at the time also.

6. WHY GO OUT AND AQUIRE MORE LEASES that costs money you know.
THEY COULD'VE PLAYED OFF THE OPEN PIT MINE PERMIT.

7. Settling lawsits......they could've walked. Not like it was Enron or something.

8. WE WOULD HAVE SEEN PICTURES OF SEMI's full of ORE AND LOT'S OF GOLD, HOT CHICKS AND HIGH FIVES.

9. Could go on and on.


We have seen a reverse split followed by a deathdrop followed by some nice waves that surf was smart enough to ride.
