They had an offering on 1/21 for 400 mill. This is part of that, so 300 mil $ left to dilute. They are a share selling machine.
1. Issuance and Sale of Shares. The Company agrees that, from time to time during the term of this Agreement, on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth herein, it will issue and sell through AGP, acting as sales agent, the Company’s common shares, no par value (the “Common Shares”), having an aggregate offering price of up to US$400,000,000 (the “Shares”). The Shares will be sold on the terms set forth herein at such times and in such amounts as the Company and AGP shall agree from time to time. The issuance and sale of the Shares through AGP will be effected pursuant to the Registration Statement (as defined below) filed by the Company, after it is declared effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “Commission”).
