We agree that the share price is about uncertainty regarding ERHC. But here the true DD starts, it does not end here...

SEO is trying to protect his company. He did not do that by selling ERHC shares of course. SEO is still calling the shots at ERHC, according to someone. He did not do that by selling shares in ERHC... the huge amounts of share came available via another way. How, that has been explained.

Anybody should ask him/herself the right questions when it comes to ERHC. Also read this carefully again:

It's important to understand why certains things take place. This cannot be ignored, even if one does not believe that there are ERHC shorters.

Investing is always about making money. No exceptions, never. Any effort made while 'following' ERHC, in any way, shape or form... is about making money. That applies for longs... and everybody else. The higher the effort, the higher the financial stakes, of course.

That is why this skeleton like shell of a company isn't bankrupt, but fighting litigation and revocation...

This is why ERHC is undervalued. By how much is anybodies guess.

Any announcement by TOTAL regarding ERHC... and BAM!

Yes, I proved that TOTAL has an interest in EEZ block 4, and that is wasn't "bullshit" at all.

Why would anybody have claimed that TOTAL's interest in ERHC was bullshit... did they not read the litigation documents at all?

And why would TOTAL "sit" on EEZ block 4, while lot's of upcoming activity has been announced for the EEZ?
