After reviewing the Complaint and Plaintiff’s proof of damages, including Plaintiff’s Affidavit of Indebtedness, and considering the arguments made at the September 14, 2020 Hearing, the Court finds that the facts pleaded and alleged against the defaulting Defendants W. Scott McBride and Michele McBride are legally sufficient to state claims for fraudulent misrepresentation, aiding and abetting, and civil conspiracy. Accordingly, it is hereby:

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Plaintiff, DON’T LOOK MEDIA, LLC’s Motion for Default Final Judgment is GRANTED. Judgment is entered In Favor of DON’T LOOK MEDIA, LLC. Judgment is entered Against Defendant(s) W. SCOTT MCBRIDE and MICHELE MCBRIDE, jointly and severally;
Plaintiff is entitled to the following, FOR WHICH LET EXECUTION ISSUE
FORTHWITH:
1. Judgment against W. Scott McBride and Michele McBride for actual damages of $345,000.00, which shall accrue post-judgment interest pursuant to Fla. Stat. § 55.03(1) until paid;
3. This Court reserves jurisdiction to award attorneys’ fees and costs; and
4. Plaintiff shall immediately send a copy of this Order to Defendants and file a Certificate of Service on the record.
