These short sellers think they are the privileged.... imagine if every trader was tooled with all the same tools that these evil doers have in their tool box.... if they think short selling is ok... then... they should level the playing field and let every trader have the ability to naked short sell stocks... but they don’t want a level playing field... they feel they are privileged to be able to do all kinds of illegal short selling and profit from all the evil wrong doings.... the SEC should only allow short selling in the options puts and calls.
