I’m sorry.

Not trying to put anyone down.

I don’t know about you but I play with actual money.

It’s not bread and honey money but it’s real nonetheless.

I may not like another contributor here but if he or she can help me from making a mistake I’m going to listen.

The problem that I’m seeing around here lately is that people who don’t know their ass from a hot rock are giving advice.

I’ve been a professional and individual trader for over 20 years now and I have yet to bankrupt a client, a friend, or myself.

People don’t have to like me in here but they should at least consider what I’m saying.


GNUS is pure garbage.

I’m surprised it’s even held close to the $2.00 mark today.

I can name 100 companies that actually report their 10Q’s and 10K’s that trade for a lot less and a lot more.


What I know is that if a company is truly as transparent as they can be then for better or worse they are traded with confidence.

If it helps, at all, here’s this:

I live in Southern California.

I surf just down a little West of their HQ.

I called them today.

They said that they will be filing their audited 10K by March 31. They actually said they’d file NO LATER than March 31.


I realize that’s a long time to wait BUT at least it’s better than continuing to not file.

I don’t know if that’s going to help anyone who took a blistering beating today but at least it’s something.


By the way...a March 31 is past the deadline for even a NT10k...and I believe that GNUS can drop a lot further than $2.00 between now and then.


I’m actually very bearish the broader markets right now.
Not going to get into politics here and now. I just don’t believe prior and current administrations have made sustainable decisions that don’t cost jobs and raise unemployment numbers.
