Out with the weak. Hope all who know the DD took this opportunity to add even more. A continuation wasn’t a shocker if you had taken the time to read the transcript from previous hearing on the 21st. The Judge is in favor of $DGTW, who also annoyed by the longevity of this case, which Dicker (representative for DGTW) pointed out is at the fault of the Trustee. Emerging from BK is a given, subV will be the icing on the cake. Just like some of my investing friends I too am annoyed with the continuance, but those who wait will be rewarded.
