The subsidiary of the company is currently selling their product online and in stores. They have branched into the accessories market, selling face masks, etc.

Their latest securities offering just received qualification from the SEC on December 16th. They can now commence selling those securities which proceeds from the sale will go to working capital and acquisitions (already identified, per the regulation A offering statement).

The acquisitions will be companies in emerging industries. As a holding company - this can be a hot ticket, and I suspect they may renew interest in the green energy sector.
