that sounds like debenture or dillution type share financing, it goes with the 100 share trades to try and bring price up or down a tick to set the price at close, traunches from these deals pay out in shares based on share price and a set dollar amount. That is a good catch and an obvious sign shares are being sold daily by the company IMO.
