Since Cyberkey and Humware were in the same CES Show booth, wouldn't you say it was likely this deal was hammered out at the CES show? Indeed most of the new deals and increased business comes from these shows? The details could come later but the share purchase could have been made as recently as today? Some deals could be easily developed over a meeting or dinner.
