like a kid in a store saying mommy I want this but I can't afford this can you buy it for me...

More over they have no real targeted acquisitions afformentioned normally SPACs already have targets in mind this is a kid with a desirables list where the kid has nothing to bring to the table in a spac deal.

I have my doubts here...
