I came in about a year and a half ago and seems like they tend to update in blocks. We get long periods of silence and then fins get updated qall at once, then a PR then back to silence for a while. You can see the trend if you check the filing dates on OTC or the SEC website. I honestly think its just a small crew operation and they just focus on doing what they can when they can with a priority on the facility and company over share holders.
