That could very well be true, but the shareholders are now in the dark. Per the company PR. They need a dog in this fight. The only way they will get it is through their own legal action.

Discovery is in order. The shareholders own the company, the books should be opened and everything made public.

I still sit amazed no one is talking about legal action. It's the shareholders company they should be represented and informed.
