Elite Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is a specialty pharmaceutical company engaged in the development and manufacture of oral, controlled-release products, using proprietary know-how and technology for the manufacture of generic pharmaceuticals.

A. Loxapine Capsules are no longer listed as "pending manufacturer site transfer" because they are launching THIS quarter.

B. "Additional Approved ANDA's" product line item has been removed.

3. "CO-DEVELOPMENT PIPELINE WITH SUNGEN PHARMA LLC" has been completely removed.

4. "GENERIC PIPELINE" has been updated with the following paragraph:

- "Elite is developing differentiated niche generic products for future growth.
