Mr. Ed; I have to disagree with you on your statement that selling at the bid means dilution. In this stock today the bid was .0019 and the ask was .0020 early in the trading day. If one wants to sell and not mess around they sell their block at the bid. I know that happened today and many times I buy at the Ask and sell at the bid when the spread is so tight. No reason to mess around. I have watched traders get stuck chasing because they try to buy at the bid and can't get filled during a run. Had they put a buy in at the ask they would have gotten filled for much less than they ended up paying.
