Wrong! Trade don't appear out of sequence. Too many rookies even experience traders still clueless can't tell or read the report trade. FINRA/NASDAQ Must trade reports include the time the transaction was executed. The trade reporting rules require that all trade reports submitted to a FINRA Facility must include the time of execution based on Eastern Time. An alternative trading system (ATS) Members should report as many decimal places as the FINRA permits. FINRA Facility permits entries up to six decimal places, then the member should report as 6 digest number. This is a real trade not a mistake trade or a trade reported out of sequence.
