I don't know exact figures, but your guess is right, MANY shares were distributed legally for less than market price. Gopher, PP, professional services, employees are very good examples and a HUGE number of shares.

print is simply taking this personal. He is upset your posts aren't deleted. Seems pretty simple to me, you use VERY rough figures and say GUESS, whereas he states "FACTS" and figures to the penny.
