The brilliance of CEO Sodaitis’s fundraising of NOT taking on toxic debt from funds that would crush the stock but rather from individual shareholders that put money into the company are staggered (different months, different days, even different years) therefore there would not be a massive “unrestriction” of shares all at 1 time Every restricted investment came from retail investors at different times, different days, different months, different years... shares will not all be unrestricted at the same time...
