Here’s the real question now that we know the deal is off the table between CLX/PASO. There’s no way the deal fell apart yesterday, so when exactly did the deal go south? I have a friend who told me the deal went south back in October. Right around the time JG was doing that webinar and the stock hit .05. If that’s true, then this information regarding the RM was withheld from the public. No bueno for all those involved.
