Kim Halvorson was appointed CEO in an 8K filed 6-10-2020. She is and has been the managing member of Triage. Nothing new today. She has multiple other tickers being cleaned up for R/M. I'm on several that have made significant moves. She is the queen of OTC regulatory compliance. DIGI has great share structure with a low float. When news of Pink Current hits this WILL run hard. When news of corporate direction and R/M candidate are revealed this low floater will move on air and could see .50 within 6 months.
