I appreciate your feedback and understand where you are coming from. I have been there with stocks before.

I feel that the bad and ugly are too significant for a long term investment, but the good can work out very well for a well-timed short term position. The timing of the exit would be the biggest short term factor, as dilution can happen at any time after the AS increase goes through, if it happens. With the current not-yet-increased AS, the share count cannot go high enough to bury investor value just yet. Overall, I think it is too much risk for most people.
