What it comes down to:

(i) You're only allowed to buy a stock if an official analyst, and their insider friends, have front-run it first and then issue an "upgrade"

and

(ii) You're only supposed to sell your position after an official analyst has closed their position and opened puts, along with their insider friends, after they give it the official "downgrade".
