Hasn't that been evident in the history of ECSL ?
Tons of hype .... zero delivery .... yields opportunities to buy and sell for profit for sure.

Wash ... rinse .... repeat until such time as the market has had enough. Twas looking that way for ECSL last year til LOI eh ?? Funny how that is .....
