I highly supported this stock in the past. Even paying to access the court website to find out what the actual filings were and provided that information here for people to use. I sold most of the stock when I saw the dismissal of the lawsuit. At the time I did not know about the settlement. When I read the settlement information, I was satisfied with my decision to sell and posted what my concerns were in the settlement wording SECI put out. I was immediately attached on this board and was accused of trying to scare people to sell so I could buy back in at a cheap price. That pissed me off. I do not lie. This is why I started posting not so positive about this stock as I do not feel it is a positive outcome. My posts are to support my legitimate and honest concerns I posted that people attacked.

I hope you make money here. I do not want people to lose money. Maybe the filing will come and there will be something positive that helps you make money. My gut feeling based on the wording about the settlement SECI put out and the delay in filings is that nothing will be in the filings that will make this stock pop. Good luck.
