It's probably someone who has been invested in this thing for 5+ years and figures it won't get better than .90 so they're chipping away at their holdings.

part of me wants to sell some but i've been in this thing for 7+ years and i feel that i have been patient and 88% gains...do i really sit longer and wait for the "news" to come out.
