rehabilitation centers will be all the rage of the future IMO...

The Company executed a letter of intent to purchase the operations of a behavioral health treatment facility located in California, but has since terminated said acquisition and currently has no plans to pursue acquisitions in the behavioral health market. The Company is developing alternative business plans for investment of it resources.
