It was over a dollar like 14 months ago about .90 a year ago and that was after 7 years of silence lol. CBPI got delisted in 2013. The PPS decline was not as a result from any SEC or NVSOS increases in shares is what we are saying. $$$ when market cap increases and if no new shares enter the float then we will go back to those NYSE numbers possibly. This is a position play but there will be flippers so always know and expect bid pressure between material events and status updates.
