Holy shit !!! That’s crazy !!! Maybe this will teach them a lesson about shorting stocks that the little people are trying to build their retirement with. I older gentleman told me once to never short a stock. If you do cover the same day. He was 85 years old and had been playing stocks for 50 years. He said if you buy it can only go down to zero. If you short it can go up and split numerous times. LoL
