Most recent article dated Nov. 6, 2020 (posted below), discusses two innovative tech companies Skypersonic and Sheeva SRL (used to be Parkofon) bringing back eyes and jobs to Turin, Italy. Seems as though both companies are receiving incentives to operate their bases in Turin as a win-win for both (the companies and businesses). Turin government is touting their tech industries and is seeking the rest of Italy to follow. They are basically saying look at us, we aren't slowing down during Covid while the rest of Italy shuts down. They are trying to be the model that other Italian cities should follow.

Doesn't go into any deals or technicals. It is basically PR fluff if you ask me. I don't see any connection between Skypersonic and Sheeva SRL. Only in their locations.
