I have no idea the details here of if or when or how hey would retire or buy-back. We will learn that as filings come. There is no debt or notes attached here, just a large SS that can be worked on with either of those 2 options as things develop. I am not concerned. That high A/S is from a former raise for an acquisition, preventing a hostile takeover during negotiations. It has since not been lowered, but should be as we move forward.
