I believe he is talking about a laser prostatectomy versus a robotic assisted prostactectomy. Laser prostatectomy surgery is non invasive which ablates tissue and lessens the potential for erectile dysfunction. Personally I agree with him and would prefer a laser prostatectomy over a robotic prostatectomy. You go through the urethra as opposed to making any incisions.

You do realize he averaged down and did quite well with his decision to average down on his investment. Intuitive was infringing on their patents and he was rewarded for the decision that he made. Intuitive settled.

I don't understand why someone makes a post and others tear apart one small fragment of the post. Especially when it is obvious that they lack any medical background whatsoever. It just makes them look quite foolish.

He is also saying that Titan is a good investment. I agree with him.
