The old "TD Waterhouse" division of TD Ameritrade refusing to handle "Buy" orders for HMGP - Hemi Group - either online or by phone broker, claiming since it trades "Certificate Only" and they're a "discount broker" they can't obtain/deliver the shares quickly enough. Specious RODOMONTADE!
