HDUP factor 9 on 12/15/2020 reached 0.196 on 12/17/2020 and pulled back. I bought in at 12.5 cents. News is imminent(IMHO). Nice float at 70 million shares. https://backend.otcmarkets.com/otcapi/company/financial-report/266556/content

Last stage of contract approvals are nearly complete as management is working to get next announcements out asap. They are substantial, multi year and legacy worthy and management is eager to share.
