CLARIFICATION: Hey Nick, what I'm saying is that it would not be fair to warrant holders if warrant holders were to receive a single share worth $7 each for each warrant they hold.

If this were to happen, they would have gotten away with stealing over 80% from us. Think about this. Remember when they issued you warrants, to keep math simple, for every 10 shares you held, they gave you 1 single warrant.

Example. Imagine anyone who had just 1,000 ANV shares. When shares were converted to warrants, to keep math simple, that investor received only 100 warrants. If they were to receive only $7 per warrant, or a share worth $7, that person would only recoup $700. This is absolutely unacceptable.

They robbed us blind. If they were to get away with only giving us shares, they literally would have gotten away with everything and the corporation would not be providing the proper relief. This would encourage other corporations to do the same thing to other investors in the future.

This must not be tolerated. An example must be made out of Hycroft so this type of behavior is never repeated. Warrant holders must receive 100% relief. If they want to do a share for share swap with us, they need to do a share for share swap with us at a multiple of 10 not a multiple of 1.
