Aren’t Most US Institutions Forbidden to Hold SNDL due to the Controlled Substances Act which says accredited US banks and institutions can’t do business with entities involved in Schedule 1 “narcotics”?

This is why the Safe Banking Act is such a massive deal. When cannabis is finally rescheduled the floodgates of investment will open.

This is also why I am disappointed that SNDL is doing yet another round of dilutive capital raising.
