The ticker/shell is clean, meaning there is no left-over dilution or notes from previous owners. So essentially whoever takes this over will have no debt and can come to market quickly and go current pretty fast. For some reason the A/S is raised really high, that is the Authorized Shares...probably raised for merger/acquisition purposes...it protects the owner of the ticker from a hostile takeover during negotiations, then it is lowered after everything is completed. I expect the A/S to come down for sure, but the O/S Outstanding Shares can be lowered as well thru a few different processes, some of those being purchased or returned back to treasury. We won't know the full details until Moody releases the financials and reports that are expected anytime now. At that point we will see what there is and what will be done, then after that we will eventually learn who the merging company will be. Moody doesn't leak info, doesn't put out any PR's at all...his firm just does their business and releases only the things that need to be released. This is a major buy and hold position here. Hope that answers some of your questions.
