I think that's the point..politically (so little clout in comparison) no comparison, no multi-billion dollar infrastructure so to speak, no team of attorneys on the payroll. From the time this was aired til now has been how long? I know commerical letter of intents can be delayed for one reason or another which puts up the next 1st right of refusal, but the idea is unless you got lots of money to pour into this one thing..any number of legal technicalities can slow it down, mis the dead line. Its like trying to build a house within the 4-6 month time line...closing on time gets set back so easily...are you getting the picture??
