Nonsense the purported R/S has be abused, molested and re-used to milk people of their shares for 18 months and it never happened.

What did happen? The stock ran from a .0005 low 3-4 moths ago to a .35 high today.

Why? Because Billionaires are loading these shares.

Since the R/S was first suggested over 18 months ago he won two State Superior court cases with the third most powerful politician and budget controller in RI representing the state of RI DEM and SNPW and won!

I have been in this field for over 45 years now. All this noise is just noise.

There will be no R/S, especially with a 340 Million dollar cap we hit earlier today.

The only reason the R/S was created on paper was as a loan Guarantee for the SNPW investor funding this beast as collateral for the loan.
