i was how you say.... "pro-active" and contacted the company, found out that i could vote for a new BOD and to have the current CEO resign.. and i voted with my shares for both to happen.

when you say "They" - you mean "he" ?

it became quite obvious to me that the CEO wasn't doing his job when we weren't updated with anything.. no financials, no update on how the business was going, nada.

To have this great idea just put in place and not pushed to the public that we exist and that we're alive and kicking is a waste of everyone's time.. So i have high hopes for new management - i'm still not sure who will be in what position and i'm not sure what the BOD will look like, but like i was told and i'm sure i was told correctly.. We'll see this very soon.

Brian so far has done an excellent job and we do have an IR group taking care of spreading the word on the company.. so give em a ring and find out what is going on - i'm sure u'll agree with me :)
