LOL, I still somehow have 450,000 shares left of AMNE but have not closed it because why bother, plus i just reactivated the old brokerage account that was holding them. I'd only be kicking myself if someone decided to revive it and make it their little shell. Do not hold your breath though. Here is direct from iHub's AMNE i-box right at the top: (GLTY):

AMNE is the ticker symbol for the defunct company American Green Group. It was based in Hamden, CT and most recently had been in the eco-friendly building insulation business. AMNE has no relation to a similarly-named cannabis company that currently trades under a different symbol.

The company had been named "Regions Oil and Gas" trading under the symbol RGNO when it was in the business of exploring mature oil wells. In February 2008 it transitioned to the eco-friendly insulation business and changed its name to American Green Group and trading symbol to AMGG in a 1-for 500 reverse split. In August of that year it again changed symbols to AMNE in a 1-for 20 reverse split.

AMNE has filed no financial statements or issued any press releases since 2010. CEO Terry Mixon died in 2011. As of December 2018 the symbol AMNE is still listed on the OTC Grey Market - Caveat Emptor.
