I have seen elsewhere, but can not confirm, that it may have been as late as the 18th (given the last 3-4 patients enrolled beyond 390).

There is no way it was the 18th. I'm sure what happened is that they allowed anyone already in the process of enrollment to enroll after the 390th patient. So maybe a day or two could be added. Another possibility is that the trial was fully enrolled BEFORE Dec 15th. The PR never said what day the trial became fully enrolled. The big drop in stock pricee on Jan 12th might have been insiders selling because they knew the trial results were poor.
