Not underestimating the potential of the Caliva brand but I’d certainly not characterize their operational performance heretofore as a winner. There Q3 financials posted in the appendix of the prospectus showed the company has been, so far, an absolutely horrible return on capital after 5 years of operations. The executive team has a lot of work to do to live up to operational projections , far better efficiencies and increased margins all while trying to markedly expand market share and penetration.
