Question for the board in regards to the new SEC listing requirements for pink shells in near future 2021

1.)Is the SEC going to delist (delete) all pink/grey tickers without current filings starting spring 2021?

2.) How will the new SEC rules affect Lazar, Arcaro and other shell buyers? Is this the end of the pink sheet shell RM era?

3.) Is Lazar winding down his shell inventory? Been a couple months since Nov 2020 and no Lazar shell buying
