Think back to the last reverse split.... remember it was Thom who brought in friendly investors who stand behind Thom. I believe through this he controls the majority of share ownership and why so little of the float is actually available to trade.

Soon we will get a taste of just how few shares are really available to trade... strong hands have scooped up most of the loose shares so when we launch... it should get exciting quickly.

Without being able to get a majority of shares, ATVI is blocked from buying a controlling position in the company and they probably couldn't get a sizeable position for a good price any longer anyhow.
