If there ER is positive FCEL will rise with it anyway....

Not so fast Batman. This has been a weird earnings season so far. Not sure we want to be tied to Plug either way.

Just throwing this out there so it's not a surprise should something out of the ordinary happen and our favorite son want to hang something on a JPM analyst.

Anyway, so far this earnings season, companies that are beating on sales and earnings are underperforming the S&P by 1.6% the next day. Weirder yet, upping guidance seems to be having a negative influence and weirdest of all, companies that are missing on sales and EPS are generally outperforming the S&P the next day. Go figure.

So, maybe we should hope for a big Plug miss, tag along to their rise. Then, hope the market rights itself by the time FCEL offers their next stunning report. Technicals look pretty good on my simple charts.
