People who sold for losses before Christmas had to wait 30 days before buying back.
This combined with Biden winning, Covid mutating and lasting longer, biotechs are strong and those selling winners are looking for cheaper stocks that might be breaking out
I put in a sell for 10% of my holdings at 2.20 and some went thru after hours. Somebody, please take the rest - it’s a sacrifice. I sold 10% of my CAPR and it went higher - up 35% today
