Ok so let me try and summarize the meeting

1. I note that there were questions for H C Wainwright. I find this source of these questions to be pertinent, as they are an institutional mover. Thus important for large increment purposes.

2. The recent acquisition of Fatshark delayed Dronebox’s release. Likewise today’s letter of intent will likely delay Dronebox’s release as they are incorporating these new technologies into a Dronebox. More updates shall be forthcoming. It was characterized that a “healthy pipeline is acquisitions are being targeted in the next quarter”The bottom line is that the release will be delayed it would seem. It was characterized the these additions are filling in the gaps that Dronebox does not have. Thus it should be a much better product when released. An update is expected later this quarter (I suspect they mean next quarter as this one ends in about a week).

3. There are more hoped future acquisitions expected this year along the software lines. These may be also used to fill in gaps for Dronebox. When they it is released, it sounds as if it is being well crafted to address many drone needs.

4. Dronebox is being developed to address many FAA requirements. It was characterized that the FAA recent rulings are favorable and line up well with the Dronebox vision(for lack of a better word).

5. Third quarter results are expected March 15th.

6. If all goes well the LIO announced today as well as the uplift could be resolved within one month.

7. Although no revenues could be discussed today, it appears that Skypersonic has revenue and this acquisition is expected to greatly increase their revenue.

8. An updated website is expects shortly.

9. Regarding the FAA, Dronebox was stated will have a solution to remote ID’s. It is too early to discuss per Thompson.

10. Some local applications to Skyoerosnic, were listed as: Cell site inspections, brideg inspections, Covid applications, fleet servicing. Evidently Skypersonics use of the internet precludes the need for GPS.

11. Dronebox’s market was listed as pilot centric.

12. Evidently as the drone market is in its Wild West stage, there is no standardization on many elements of the industry. Thus Redcat is monitoring the leaders in certain categories and hopes the be fluid enough to enact and engage when standardization appears to be forming.

I’ll leave on this note, the meeting sounded as if there were more participants than in the past. The generalist (or addressing multiple needs concept) may be the best approach to that we are flexible as stated in point 11. I for one felt better about or future after listening to this call. Evidently, it is hoped to be a quarterly event.
