At some point the SEC will require complete transparency of OTC trading when its politically convenient or for some other reason it hurts the MM's pocketbook. Today NITE was on the ask with 2500 most of the afternoon that I watched L2, and no matter how much buying, that 2500 ask did not change. Might be the toxic debtor, but in this case I doubt it. Just blatant, and they get away with it because the offshore accounts screw us US traders that are prevented from shorting for the most part. Been doing this a long time, and I still don't have an offshore account, because I still believe the SEC will make the playground equal at some point.
